  • Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans (if accessible)
  • Dust windowsills and blinds
  • Wipe down & sanitize all surfaces
  • Clean mirrors
  • Sweep and mop hard floors
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs
  • Remove trash and replace liner

Kitchen

  • Hand wash dishes (light volume; extra fee for excess)
  • Clean/sanitize sink
  • Clean/sanitize countertops & backsplash
  • Clean inside & outside of microwave
  • Wipe down/sanitize all accessible surfaces

Bedroom

  • Wipe down & sanitize all surfaces
  • Clean mirrors
  • Make bed(s) and change linens (upon request)
  • Remove trash and replace liner

Bathroom

  • Wipe down & sanitize all surfaces
  • Scrub & sanitize faucets, shower/tub, shower track and glass, shower tiles, sinks, and toilets (inside & out)

Deep Cleaning

(Includes all Standard Cleaning tasks, plus the following)

All Rooms

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Clean door trims
  • Deep clean baseboards
  • Clean vents (if accessible)
  • Clean inside windows & windowsills
  • Clean/disinfect light switches and outlets
  • Clean fixtures (if accessible)

Kitchen

  • Eliminate grease buildup on surfaces
  • Wipe/sanitize top of refrigerator
  • Clean behind refrigerator and stove (if moved out; otherwise, deep clean around them)

Bedroom

  • Clean & sanitize all surfaces
  • Make bed (linen change upon request)

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

(Designed as a full top-to-bottom detail cleaning, includes everything from Standard + Deep Cleaning plus extra detailing)

All Rooms

  • Thorough cleaning of walls, trims, and baseboards
  • Full cleaning of vents, light fixtures, and fans
  • Clean inside cabinets, drawers, and closets
  • Clean interior doors, handles, and switches
  • Detailed dusting and disinfecting of all surfaces

Kitchen

  • Clean inside & outside of all cabinets and drawers
  • Clean inside oven and refrigerator (if selected)
  • Remove grease and buildup from all appliances and surfaces
  • Sanitize sink, faucet, backsplash, and countertops

Bathroom

  • Full sanitization of tub, shower walls/doors/tracks, sink, faucets, and toilet
  • Clean inside cabinets and drawers
  • Polish mirrors and fixtures

Bedroom & Living Areas
